I love Rosanna Edith! I also like Rose Sophia, Sienna Rose and also Rose Juliet Isabella, Xenia Chloe Isobel and Sophie Jean (though not the second mn).Samantha seems v dated these days. The less said about Ptarmigan the better!

Of the birth announcements, the only ones that stand out to me are:Phoebe Dove
Stella Ivy Juno(Also Ptarmigan, but I'm not sure what to think of that.)I might've liked Poppy Alba, but I'm not a fan of Blythe.

Of the fns, Rosanna stands out most to me (and no, I am not counting Ptarmigan). I also like Rose, Amélie, Juliet, Xenia and Isobel. I can't get over the overuse of Rose! At least it's being used more often in the fn spot.Of the parents' names, I like Caroline and Susannah.

I swear people in the UK name their kids some of the prettiest names!

Most of these kids are from upper-class families. At least, I've been told that.Middle-class and working-class people in the UK generally give their kids pretty ordinary names. It's highly unlikely that an average English girl is going to be named Xenia unless she's of Greek heritage.

Wait.... PTARMIGAN?I was so curious that I googled this one, and found the actual birth announcement:And a digital one with a photo:
http://announcements.telegraph.co.uk/births/192427/barr... and the additional details tell me pretty much everything I need to know about this family lol.I mean, it's kind of cool in an offbeat way, but £10 says they call her Rosie her entire life.Of the rest, I like:
Olivia June Elizabeth - I'd prefer this as just Olivia June
Olivia Marie
Phoebe Dove - this is adorable
Poppy Blythe Alba - not keen on the third name, again, but it's a cute set
Poppy Elizabeth
Robyn Dawn - 1980 called, they want their sweet but dated combo back
Rosanna Edith - oh this is delicious
Rose Amélie
Rose Juliet Isabella
Rose Sophia
Ruby May Patricia - I would have liked Ruby Patricia May better
Sophie Jean Liselotje - oh this is so wonderful
Sophie Margaret
Stella Ivy Juno - I don't much like any of the names except Ivy but there's something about this set
Xenia Chloé Isobel - really interesting combination

Ptarmigan! It's probably unlikely to start a trend in unusual bird names, but I sort of wish it would.
I like Rosanna Edith.

Wow Ptarmigan is so weird! ...It's pretty cool. I like that it's not even trendy-weird, it's just completely out there. (At least to me it is...)Nice to see Ottilie and Xenia.Phoebe Dove is so cute! Sophie Jean Liselotje is also very endearing.
