Please go back and look at the entries for Ralph and Rolf and the pronunciation key again. You will see that this site says that Ralph is pronounced as RALF and Rolf is pronounced as RAHLF. If you check the pronunciation key:

you will see that RALF and RAHLF do not designate the same pronuciation, but that this site is in fact saying the Rolf would rhyme with golf.

The problem is: only in American English, Rolf is pronounced as RAHLF (pot as PAHT/PAWT, con as KAHN/KAWN, to take the examples of the pronunciation key). British English, on the other hand, does have the short "o" sound, for which you round your lips.
That short O sound is also the German pronunciation of Rolf.
