I've only had good experiences of
Elise, but I do find Elize preferable as it stops people from saying eLEESS. I'd rate it a 3; good, but not good enough for me to use.
The two
Elise people I know best:
Elise, short for
Elisabeth, and Elize, not short for anything, mn
Antoinette.
Audrey Elise sounds fine, but I find
Audrey very down-market depressing.
Clara Elise is a little hard to say, as the -a and the E- run together, but it isn't often that both names are said out loud, so it isn't a problem.
