I'd expect him to be an older black man, to be honest. You almost never see it on young or white guys today. It's almost gotten to be a cliche.
Beyond that, I'd assume his family was overrun with Williams and Will already got grabbed up by an uncle or his dad or a cousin.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
